Creative Assistant

Confetti Mini Moments is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Creative Assistant to support event execution, content creation, and daily operations. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children, have a passion for arts and crafts, and possess the ability to transform creative ideas into engaging experiences and digital content.

• Assist in planning and executing children's events and creative activities
• Develop and contribute fresh ideas for events, experiences, and brand initiatives
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Create engaging content for the brand's online platforms
• Design graphics and visual materials using Canva or similar design tools
• Edit photos and videos for social media and promotional purposes
• Coordinate event materials, supplies, and logistics
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across projects
• Support efforts to strengthen the brand's online presence

• Minimum of OND qualification
• Experience in events, arts and crafts, content creation, or other creative roles is an added advantage
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively with children and in event environments
• Good photo and video editing skills
• Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
