Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze patient and clinic data
- Build dashboards for KPIs (patient volume, retention, revenue per procedure)
- Research treatment trends and competitor pricing
- Analyze patient feedback and survey data
- Provide data-driven insights to management and medical teams
- Prepare regular reports for decision-making support
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in data analysis or research roles
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Knowledge of Python, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and data confidentiality
- Good communication skills
- Healthcare or clinic experience is an advantage
- Lagos-based (Victoria Island preferred)
