Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes
- Develop HR policies, KPIs, and performance management frameworks
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Law and HR standards
- Prepare HR reports and support leadership decision-making
- Oversee people operations across remote teams
- Improve HR systems and organizational structure
Required Qualifications
- 4–7+ years HR / People Operations experience
- At least 2 years managing remote teams
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law
- Experience building HR systems, policies, and performance frameworks
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, Google Workspace, and project tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
