HR Team Lead

Strategic Outsourcing Limited is seeking an experienced HR Team Lead to oversee daily HR operations, supervise HR staff, and ensure effective implementation of human resource strategies in line with company policies and labour regulations.

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
• Supervise and guide HR team members to achieve departmental goals
• Implement and maintain HR policies and operational standards
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal policies
• Support staff training, learning, and development initiatives
• Handle workplace conflicts and employee concerns effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, or equivalent) required
• Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
