A leading company is seeking a results-driven Retail Sales & Marketing Executive to drive product visibility, expand market reach, and grow retail business lines across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, established retail contacts, and the ability to execute merchandising and promotional strategies effectively.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products and communicate features to customers.
Analyze existing product ranges and provide quality feedback.
Assess market needs and expectations to inform product and marketing strategies.
Develop and grow business lines within retail supermarkets, including merchandising and promotions to create brand awareness.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with reputable retail outlets to generate new business.
Utilize social media channels to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Create new accounts and expand brand presence across multiple outlets.
Coverage Areas & Residency Requirements:
South East: Enugu, Owerri, Ebonyi, Aba, Asaba/Delta – Candidate must be resident in Onitsha.
South South: Benin, Akwa Ibom, Warri, Bayelsa, Calabar – Candidate must be resident in Port Harcourt.
North West: Kaduna, Katsina, Zamfara, Jigawa, Kebbi, Sokoto – Candidate must be resident in Kano.
South West: Oyo, Ekiti, Osun, Ondo – Candidate must be resident in Ibadan.
HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail sales.
Strong market knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement product and marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Capable of working accurately under pressure and meeting targets.
