Job Summary

DriveMe is seeking a customer-centric and solution-driven Customer Service Officer to manage client interactions, handle complaints, and ensure smooth service delivery across all communication channels while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries across phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding services and requests
  • Handle complaints with professionalism and ensure swift resolution
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper service coordination and delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records
  • Promote customer satisfaction and encourage client retention

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
  • Good problem-solving and conflict management abilities
  • Competence in using digital communication and support tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
