Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries across phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms
- Provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding services and requests
- Handle complaints with professionalism and ensure swift resolution
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper service coordination and delivery
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records
