Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately
- Receive, sort, and manage daily mail and deliveries
- Greet and assist patients in person and via phone communication
- Support healthcare professionals and clients as needed
- Schedule patient appointments and manage bookings
- Carry out clerical and general administrative duties
- Prepare and organize medical files and reports
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Manage assigned supplies and ensure proper organization of equipment
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Hospitality Management or related field
- 0–3 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Familiarity with office equipment is an added advantage
