Job Summary

INGRYD Academy is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, drive lead generation, and strengthen market positioning within the EdTech and training sector. The role combines marketing leadership with business development responsibilities to support revenue growth and partnership expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with overall business growth and revenue goals
  • Define and maintain brand identity, messaging, and value proposition across all platforms
  • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content production
  • Oversee creation of marketing materials such as case studies, testimonials, and promotional assets
  • Analyse campaign performance, track ROI, and optimise marketing spend for better results
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across website, social media, and marketing channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement high-impact lead generation campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Support sales efforts including presentations, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to management
  • Represent the organisation at conferences, events, and industry engagements
  • Develop partnerships with academic institutions, tech companies, and government bodies
  • Work with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programmes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and meeting business targets, preferably in EdTech or training sector
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse data and make strategic, results-driven decisions
  • Experience in partnership development and stakeholder management
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organisational abilities
