Junior Accountant

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support financial operations within its agribusiness and supply chain division. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reconciliations, processing transactions, and supporting overall accounting functions in line with company policies.

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and records
• Maintain accurate accounting entries and proper documentation
• Support bank reconciliation and expense tracking activities
• Process invoices, payments, and petty cash transactions
• Assist in inventory and stock accounting management
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
• Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures

• HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Strong organizational ability
