Concept Group is seeking a proactive and results-driven Fund Mobilization Officer (IMTT) to drive the adoption of the company’s wealth creation products. The role involves sourcing fund placements from individuals and corporate clients, deepening investor relationships, and educating customers on investment opportunities within regulatory and company guidelines.
Promote and sell the company’s fund placement products to individual and corporate clients.
Encourage adoption and usage of the company’s Wealth Creation Investment App.
Build strong customer relationships, understanding their financial needs and guiding them on investment strategies.
Stay updated on the company’s treasury products and services to communicate their value effectively.
Educate customers on the benefits of fund placement products and assist them in maximizing their investments.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics related to fund mobilization and digital channel adoption.
HND, OND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or transferable sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet ambitious investment targets.
High ethical standards and integrity.
Performance Metrics:
Achieve or exceed sales targets for treasury products.
Acquire new customers and grow the customer base.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Increase adoption rates of digital channels, particularly the Wealth Management App.
