Marketing Executive

Maracruiz Organics is seeking a Marketing Executive to support its brand growth initiatives and drive customer engagement. The role involves planning and implementing marketing activities, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting overall business promotion strategies.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives Support brand development and promotional activities Manage and grow digital marketing channels and online engagement Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs Assist in creating marketing content for various platforms Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports Collaborate with internal teams to improve brand positioning Perform other related marketing duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand promotion Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop creative marketing ideas and strategies Experience in digital marketing or social media management is an advantage Strong organizational and multitasking ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team
