Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate market.
Promote and sell company properties to potential clients.
Develop and maintain a strong client network and referral system.
Negotiate property deals and prepare relevant documentation.
Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned timelines.
Provide accurate information on available properties and pricing.
Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s brand image at all times.
Required Qualifications
Must reside within the Lekki or Epe axis.
B.Sc, HND, or OND in any related discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role.
Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Must be confident, smart, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
