CRM Customer Service / Content Support Representative

FitCare Health is hiring a results-driven CRM Customer Service / Content Support Representative to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM records, and support communication across customer and operational channels.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Manage and update customer records using CRM tools
• Follow up on orders, payments, and delivery status
• Coordinate with logistics partners for customer updates
• Support content and social media activities where required
• Ensure smooth customer experience across all touchpoints

• Minimum of 5 years customer service experience
• Proven experience using CRM systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
• Must be well-spoken, neat, and professionally presentable
• Age below 32 years
• Marketing experience is an added advantage
• Ability to use ChatGPT and Claude effectively
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Any degree is acceptable
• Knowledge of weight management pens is an advantage
• Understanding of feminine health topics is an advantage
