Design, document, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
Oversee and improve customer and patient experience, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) and satisfaction metrics (NPS/CSAT) are consistently met.
Manage the company’s operating rhythm, including dashboards, stand-up meetings, and performance reviews.
Lead and coach team members, fostering excellence in communication, problem-solving, and accountability.
Conduct post-mortem analyses and implement data-driven improvements for long-term operational success.
3–6+ years of experience in Operations or Process Improvement (experience in healthcare, wellness, FMCG, or e-commerce is an advantage).
Proven ability to design SOPs, track KPIs, and drive operational efficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
