Receivables Accountant

An organization is seeking a detail-oriented Receivables Accountant to manage accounts receivable processes, ensure accurate reconciliations, and support financial reporting. The role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely collection of payments.

• Perform daily reconciliation of sales, payments, and aggregators
• Prepare accurate invoices and quotations for customers
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
• Reconcile receivables and update customer ledgers regularly
• Support month-end closing by preparing receivable schedules
• Assist with statutory year-end audit requests
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

• B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in accounts receivable
• Experience in retail, preferably QSR or hospitality
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Navision, Dynamics, Odoo, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
