Stellar International Company Limited, a subsidiary of RSIN Group with business interests in Recycling Ant, Ant Express, and Antshop Online, seeks an experienced Operation Supervisor to oversee franchise operations, logistics coordination, and compliance within the Kano region.
Supervise the operational performance and compliance of franchise partners under the guidance of the Chinese Specialist.
Conduct regular field visits to franchise outlets to ensure sales practices align with company policies.
Monitor and review franchise inventory management systems and ensure proper brand representation.
Coordinate inter-franchise goods transfer and review dispatch applications according to set procedures.
Track inventory levels across the network and issue alerts for stock imbalances.
Oversee logistics operations to ensure goods are delivered efficiently and safely.
Identify and report potential safety risks in warehouses and during goods movement.
Collect, review, and verify operational data from franchisees to ensure report accuracy.
Prepare and submit detailed operational reports and dispatch records to management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or dispatch.
Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
