Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Create personalized meal plans based on client goals and lifestyle
- Support clients throughout their weight loss journey with structured guidance
- Provide advice on food choices, portion control, and overcoming plateaus
- Assist clients using weight management treatments
- Offer simple and realistic fitness and lifestyle recommendations
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans accordingly
Required Qualifications
- Strong international certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with overweight or weight loss clients
- Passion for nutrition, fitness, and body transformation
- Strong knowledge of high-protein, balanced nutrition and fat loss strategies
- Understanding of UK, Nigeria, and international food/lifestyle patterns
- Knowledge of weight management medications (advantage)
- Experience working with female clients and hormonal health (preferred)
- Personal weight loss or fitness journey (bonus)
