Business Support Engineer

An organization is seeking a Business Support Engineer to manage cloud and security operations while supporting service delivery and automation initiatives. The role involves working with cloud platforms, enhancing operational efficiency, and mentoring junior engineers.

• Manage cloud platform operations (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Oversee security operations including SOC/MDR
• Utilize scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Develop service handbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure effective service design and assurance processes
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate internship activities
• Support system performance, reliability, and security initiatives

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, cloud operations, or systems engineering
• Strong expertise in cloud platform operations and security operations
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience
