General Manager

An upscale hospitality property in Ibadan is seeking a visionary and accomplished General Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee full hotel operations. The role focuses on driving profitability, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining international hospitality standards.

• Provide strategic leadership for overall hotel operations
• Oversee daily operations across all departments
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery
• Drive financial performance, profitability, and revenue growth
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management processes
• Implement and maintain international hospitality standards
• Supervise and develop senior management and staff
• Ensure efficient use of hotel management systems
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder and guest relationships
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards

• 10–15 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role
• Proven experience managing upscale or luxury hotels
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, revenue management)
• Strong knowledge of international hospitality standards and best practices
• Proficiency in hotel management systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Expatriate candidates must be eligible to work in Nigeria
