A fast-growing startup is seeking a hands-on Service Provider Onboarding & Field Operations Coordinator to drive provider acquisition and manage field operations. The role involves overseeing onboarding processes, managing field agents, and ensuring smooth execution of on-ground activities to support business growth.

• Recruit and onboard service providers onto the platform
• Verify provider details and support activation processes
• Hire, train, and manage field agents
• Monitor performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Support on-ground activations and market rollout initiatives
• Serve as first-line support for providers and field agents
• Coordinate multiple workflows to ensure operational efficiency

• Experience in operations, onboarding, recruitment, or field management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage targets and handle multiple workflows simultaneously
• Experience in a startup or marketplace environment is an advantage
