Senior IT Manager

An organization in Lagos is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, manage technical operations across multiple locations, and lead a team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure and operations across multiple locations
• Configure and maintain firewalls (Sophos/Fortigate)
• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot LAN networks
• Handle internet lease line setup and troubleshooting
• Configure and manage routers and switches
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments and services
• Oversee AWS server management and cloud infrastructure
• Provide L3 technical support for complex IT issues
• Lead and manage an IT team, ensuring optimal performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business needs
• Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability

• 10–15 years of relevant IT experience
• Strong expertise in firewall configuration (Sophos/Fortigate)
• Experience with LAN setup and troubleshooting
• Exposure to Starlink connectivity and setup
• Hands-on experience with internet lease lines
• Proficiency in routers and switch configuration
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and AWS server management
• Ability to provide L3 support
• Experience managing multiple locations and distributed systems
• Proven experience leading a team of at least 5 IT professionals
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
