HR Manager

A fast-growing financial services firm in Lagos is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and people operations. The role focuses on building scalable HR systems, driving talent management, and fostering a high-performance and inclusive work culture aligned with organizational goals.

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR and people operations
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive manpower planning and build strong talent pipelines
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Manage performance management systems and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and industry regulations
• Utilize HR analytics and metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Build and scale HR structures to support organizational growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related Social Science
• Professional certifications such as CIPMN, SPHRi, SHRM, or CIPD
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in financial services
• Proven experience building and scaling HR functions in high-growth organizations
• Strong HR generalist experience (performance management, employee relations, recruitment)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
