Job Summary

Neohomes Limited is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. This role requires strong administrative expertise, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle correspondence and internal/external communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Coordinate tasks and ensure timely execution of priorities
  • Maintain confidentiality in all executive matters

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage
