Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Build and scale the finance team
- Establish financial controls, SOPs, and reporting structures
- Manage banking relationships and financial facilities
- Advise leadership on pricing, investments, and growth
- Drive monthly financial performance reviews
Systems & Project Accounting
- Lead ERP (Odoo) implementation
- Oversee multiple large-scale projects and financial tracking
- Manage advance payments, WIP, and milestone billing
- Implement IFRS 15 revenue recognition
- Track project profitability and ensure regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA (mandatory)
- 10+ years finance experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in project-based industries (construction, EPC, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and compliance
- ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or Odoo)
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Lagos-based or willing to relocate
Added Advantage
- Experience in manufacturing cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory optimization
