Letz Play is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Center Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a high-quality experience for children and parents. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to build efficient systems.

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Manage finances (sales tracking, expenses, reporting)
• Supervise tutors and play guides to ensure service quality
• Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints
• Track performance metrics (attendance, retention, conversions)
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate events, programs, and activities
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and facility standards
• Train and support staff on processes and expectations
