Marketing Manager

 A fast-growing premium health and wellness brand is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a commercially-minded marketer with strong experience in paid ads, content direction, and digital growth.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat)
• Plan and execute monthly marketing calendar
• Brief and guide the creative team weekly
• Ensure brand consistency across all content and campaigns
• Identify and act on trends across TikTok, Instagram, and the wellness space
• Build and manage relationships with influencers and media contacts
• Track performance and present monthly reports to the CEO
• Manage marketing budget and measure ROI

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on marketing experience
• Proven results running and optimizing Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook performance
• Experience working with influencers or building creator relationships
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth
• Highly organized, proactive, and trend-aware
• Good understanding of the Nigerian and diaspora market
