Job Summary

SmileCore Dental Clinic is hiring a Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for patients. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing appointments, and supporting smooth administrative and clinic operations in a professional dental environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling, bookings, and follow-ups
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries
  • Support billing, payments, and basic record keeping
  • Coordinate patient flow and daily clinic schedules
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Provide consistent and high-quality customer service

Required Qualifications

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Well-presented, organized, and reliable personality
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in healthcare or front desk operations is an advantage
