Job Summary

The company is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, secure new business opportunities, and strengthen the overall sales structure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the real estate sector and the ability to lead sales teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Train, supervise, and manage both in-house and independent sales teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
  • Monitor team performance and ensure high productivity across sales operations

Required Qualifications
