Pharmacist (Hospital / Clinical Pharmacist)

Clearview Hospital and Fertility is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Pharmacist to manage medication dispensing, ensure clinical accuracy, and support safe pharmaceutical care. The role involves overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance, and working closely with medical professionals to improve patient outcomes.

• Review and validate prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
• Collaborate with doctors, consultants, and nurses on treatment plans
• Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Oversee and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Manage procurement planning, vendor relations, and drug supply chains
• Ensure availability of essential and specialized medications
• Maintain proper inventory control and cost management systems
• Implement medication safety protocols and prevent dispensing errors
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and medication traceability
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage and therapy adherence
• Improve communication between pharmacy and other clinical units

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Valid practicing license
• 3–5 years’ experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practice and regulatory compliance
• Experience in inventory and cost management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
