Job Summary

The Vault Recruitment is seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Representative for a reputable company in Marina CMS, Lagos Island. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities


Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally

Provide accurate information on products and services

Required Qualifications

OND, HND, or BSc qualification

Minimum of 1 year experience in customer care, sales, or administration

Age not more than 35 years

Must reside near Marina CMS, Lagos Island (e.g., Obalende, CMS, Ebute Metta)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional and customer-oriented attitude
