Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide professional administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and assisting management with reporting and project coordination.





Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation for efficient retrieval

• Handle internal and external correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents

• Support office operations to optimize workflow and efficiency

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant field

• Minimum of 2 years’ administrative or office support experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
