* Track changes in legislation and regulation, ensuring organizational adherence
* Manage regulatory submissions, license renewals, and communications with authorities
* Implement and maintain compliance systems across all subsidiaries
* Coordinate and oversee litigation, working with external counsel and maintaining case records
* Identify potential legal risks and propose strategies to minimize exposure
* Contribute legal expertise during audits, risk assessments, and internal reviews
* Liaise with internal teams, regulators, and external advisors to resolve legal and compliance challenges
* Respond to inquiries from regulators or other external parties
* Guide and mentor junior legal staff to strengthen team capacity
* Foster a culture of compliance, ethics, and strong corporate governance
