* Manage daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, security, and maintenance
* Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are clean, functional, and well-prepared
* Monitor staff attendance, appearance, performance, and adherence to hotel policies
* Deliver high-quality guest service and promptly address complaints or concerns
* Handle VIP guest relations and escalated service issues professionally
* Prepare staff rosters, assign duties, and supervise workflow across departments
* Train, coach, and guide staff on service standards and workplace conduct
* Document daily operational activities, incidents, and occupancy reports
* Monitor hotel supplies, control costs, and prevent wastage
* Report maintenance needs, damages, or faulty equipment promptly
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
* Coordinate with security to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
* Serve as liaison between management and staff to ensure smooth operations
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel management
