Required Qualifications
* HND or Bachelor’s Degree
* 1–3 years relevant experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center
* Bilingual: English plus Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* Active listening and problem-solving skills
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Maximum age: 35 years
