Job Summary


The Customer Service Representative will provide professional support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. The role requires clear communication, active listening, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a bilingual environment.









Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

* Understand and address customer needs, concerns, and complaints

* Maintain professional and clear communication with clients

* Compose accurate and well-structured written responses

* Utilize Microsoft Office tools to support daily tasks

* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure service quality

* Maintain knowledge of company services and procedures

* Meet performance targets and maintain customer satisfaction standards

Required Qualifications

* HND or Bachelor’s Degree

* 1–3 years relevant experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center

* Bilingual: English plus Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba

* Clear verbal and written communication skills

* Active listening and problem-solving skills

* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Maximum age: 35 years
