Key Responsibilities


* Manage reception duties and welcome clients professionally

* Handle inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and courteously

* Maintain a clean and organized reception area

* Coordinate visitor access and manage appointments

* Support administrative tasks as required

* Ensure smooth communication between departments and visitors

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree

* 1–3 years relevant experience

* Confident, organized, and proactive
