Lecturer I (Mass Communication)

The Lecturer I (Mass Communication) will deliver undergraduate courses, conduct research, and contribute to scholarly publications. The role requires strong academic credentials, university-level teaching experience, and proficiency in modern teaching methods and ICT tools.

* Teach undergraduate courses in Mass Communication effectively

* Conduct research and publish findings in reputable, peer-reviewed journals

* Mentor and support students in academic and research activities

* Participate in curriculum design and academic committees

* Apply ICT skills and modern pedagogical techniques to enhance learning

* Collaborate with professional bodies and industry stakeholders to enrich academic programs

* Ph.D. in Mass Communication or a related field, OR Master’s degree with significant progress toward a Ph.D.

* Minimum of 3 years university-level teaching and research experience

* Evidence of publications in reputable journals

* Competence in teaching undergraduate Mass Communication courses

* Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., NIPR, APCON, ARCON) is advantageous

* Strong ICT skills and familiarity with modern teaching and learning methods
