The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth office operations, effective stakeholder engagement, and efficient business coordination.
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as the primary contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
Support preparation for board and management meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action trackers
Design and develop professional presentations and maintain executive dashboards and reports
Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare Excel charts, pivot tables, and trend analyses
Draft, review, and manage emails, executive memos, internal communications, and stakeholder updates
Coordinate logistics for events where the Managing Director is speaking
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure document management systems
Ensure professional standards in stakeholder engagement and communication
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
Strong diary management and organizational skills
Experience with expense reports and maintaining accurate financial records
Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
