Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting
Ensure timely delivery of recruitment campaigns while maintaining high standards for candidate quality and client satisfaction
Track recruitment KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights for process improvement
Support adoption of digital recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
Act as a strategic partner to management in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across internal HR and client recruitment workflows
Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment regulations
Serve as the point of escalation for complex HR or recruitment issues
