Job Summary


Absolute Recruiters, Africa’s leading recruitment firm, is seeking a tech-savvy HR & Recruitment Operations Manager to oversee internal HR functions and manage client recruitment operations. The role balances HR strategy, employee experience, and operational excellence in delivering high-quality recruitment services to clients.



Key Responsibilities


Lead all internal HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training, and offboarding


Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company culture and compliance requirements


Optimize HR workflows using digital tools and productivity platforms


Foster a positive workplace culture and support professional development initiatives


Maintain HR records, analytics, and reporting to guide strategic decisions


Oversee end-to-end client recruitment operations, ensuring seamless execution of hiring processes


Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, roles, and expectations


Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting


Ensure timely delivery of recruitment campaigns while maintaining high standards for candidate quality and client satisfaction


Track recruitment KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights for process improvement


Support adoption of digital recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems


Act as a strategic partner to management in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy


Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across internal HR and client recruitment workflows


Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment regulations


Serve as the point of escalation for complex HR or recruitment issues





Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


Minimum of 3 years HR experience with exposure to recruitment operations, preferably in an agency or fast-growing environment


Proficiency in HRIS systems, digital HR tools, and recruitment software


Strong interpersonal, leadership, and client-facing skills


Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and multiple client accounts


Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills


Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment


Tech-savvy, proactive, and adaptable
