Job Summary


Absolute Recruiters is seeking a tech savvy and process driven HR and Recruitment Operations Manager to oversee internal HR functions while managing end to end recruitment operations for clients. The role combines people management, operational excellence, and strategic recruitment leadership in a fast growing recruitment agency environment.



Key Responsibilities


Lead internal HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training, and offboarding


Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies aligned with company culture and compliance standards


Optimize HR workflows using digital tools and productivity platforms


Maintain HR records, analytics, and reports to support strategic decision making


Foster a positive workplace culture and support team development


Oversee end to end recruitment operations for clients


Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and expectations


Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate shortlisting


Ensure timely delivery of recruitment campaigns with high quality standards


Track recruitment KPIs and generate performance reports


Support adoption of digital recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS platforms


Serve as a strategic partner in workforce planning and talent strategy


Implement process improvements across HR and recruitment workflows


Ensure compliance with labour laws and recruitment regulations


Act as escalation point for complex HR and client recruitment issues




Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


Minimum of 3 years HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment operations


Experience in a recruitment agency or fast growing organization is an advantage


Proficiency in HRIS systems, digital HR tools, and recruitment software


Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client management skills


Proven experience managing end to end recruitment cycles and multiple clients


Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills


Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment


Tech savvy, proactive, and adaptable mindset
