Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations, utilization, logistics and project workflows while generating high-level business reports and presentations for executive review.
* Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, acting as a key liaison to ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and compliance.
Required Qualifications
* Higher degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for learning new gen software and digital tools for top performance.
* Highly organized multitasker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external engagement and communication
* At least 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role
