Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow Picadailys’ user base and brand visibility.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across social media, Google, and other digital channels.
Oversee SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content marketing initiatives.
Lead campaign planning, budgeting, and performance analysis to ensure ROI-driven marketing.
Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to align marketing activities with company goals.
Track and report performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep Picadailys competitive.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, lifestyle, or tech startups.
Strong understanding of online marketing channels and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools,
etc.).
Experience managing social media advertising, influencer marketing, and growth campaigns.
Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
