Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide accurate information
- Maintain a positive and courteous tone during all customer interactions
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or requests effectively
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Accurately document call details and customer information
- Follow company guidelines and call center procedures
Required Qualifications
