Join The KWS Academy as a Programs Assistant Intern to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, marketing, and student engagement while supporting the execution of academy programs and workshops.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs and workshops
Support enrolment, onboarding, and communication with participants
Help with marketing efforts, social media management, and community engagement
Maintain documentation, feedback reports, and schedules
Liaise with facilitators, students, and partners to ensure smooth program flow
Provide administrative support and contribute ideas for process improvement
Smart, organized, and eager to learn
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Background or interest in project management, marketing, customer relations, or business development
Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, CRM platforms) is a plus
NYSC Corp member or recently completed, residing near Ikeja
Available to work onsite for 3 months
