TNL Pharmaceutical Company, a leading pharmaceutical organization in Nigeria, is recruiting a Demand Generation Manager for its Lagos operations. The role focuses on increasing product demand, strengthening market presence, and supporting sales performance through well-planned marketing initiatives and data-driven strategies.
Plan and execute demand generation initiatives aimed at increasing product awareness and market penetration
Partner with sales teams to drive product adoption and support revenue growth
Carry out market analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics
Ensure all promotional and marketing activities align with regulatory and compliance standards
Manage assigned marketing budgets and prepare performance reports for management review
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
2–4 years proven experience in a pharmaceutical marketing or demand generation role
Strong analytical, marketing, and data evaluation skills
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics
Excellent communication, planning, and team collaboration abilities
Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach
