Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Manage visitor logs, issue access badges, and follow security protocols
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Provide accurate information to clients and visitors about the organization
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Support administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer complaints or requests professionally and escalate when necessary
B.Sc. (Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit)
Minimum of three years relevant experience
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
