Personal Trainer

Life Time Fitness is seeking motivated and certified Personal Trainers who are passionate about helping members achieve healthier, happier lives. The ideal candidate will design safe, effective fitness programs, educate members, and deliver exceptional service aligned with the Life Time brand standards.

• Develop personalized, goal-driven fitness programs for clients
• Instruct clients on proper and safe use of exercise equipment
• Conduct fitness assessments, consultations, and goal-setting sessions
• Promote and sell personal training programs and related services
• Provide ongoing fitness floor assistance and ensure a safe workout environment
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and training activities
• Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and continuing education
• Support member engagement through excellent service and motivational coaching
• Perform administrative and facility maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of personal training experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Personal Trainer (recognized certification required)
• CPR and AED certified
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, training principles, and nutrition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to perform aerobic and strength exercises, including lifting up to 50 lbs

• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field
