Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly financial targets
Source leads, pitch services, and secure deals with individuals, developers, and corporate clients
Prepare persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to conversion
Identify emerging market opportunities within the real estate and construction landscape
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, agents, and developers
Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity, and pricing patterns
Build strategic partnerships with architects, engineers, real estate firms, and consultants
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings
Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
Support social media efforts to boost engagement and lead generation
Track client needs and feedback to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
Manage client onboarding, documentation, and communication
Resolve client concerns promptly to maintain healthy relationships
Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity and pipeline reports
Monitor team KPIs and maintain accurate records through CRM tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field
Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a real estate or property development environment
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
Knowledge of trends in construction and real estate
Proven capacity to build and maintain productive business relationships
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
Self-motivated, strategic, and able to work independently
