Coordinate daily facility operations to ensure a clean and functional environment
Supervise cleaning staff and maintain required safety and quality standards
Carry out routine facility inspections and implement corrective measures when needed
Represent the company during client visits, meetings, and site assessments
Liaise with technicians, vendors, and service providers to resolve maintenance issues
Track and manage inventory of cleaning materials and facility equipment
Prepare reports and maintain documentation for facility activities
Ensure compliance with environmental management guidelines
Provide hands-on support and leadership to ensure smooth operations
Demonstrate flexibility by taking on additional responsibilities when required
HND or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Fluent communication skills in English
Strong work ethic and commitment to service quality
Background in environmental management is an added advantage
Experience in facility management or cleaning operations is beneficial
Ability to represent the company professionally at all times
Adaptable, fast learner with effective problem-solving skills
