Oversee daily church office operations
Manage communication across departments and ministries
Maintain records, databases, and documentation systems
Schedule and coordinate meetings, bookings, and church activities
Provide administrative support to pastoral leadership
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Supervise facility maintenance, cleanliness, repairs, and inspections
Oversee vendors, technicians, cleaners, and security personnel
Ensure proper use of halls, rooms, offices, and storage areas
Implement safety, health, and security standards
Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies
Support service flow and program operations
Coordinate volunteers and work closely with service teams
Report directly to Minister-in-Charge or Church Leadership
Strong administrative and organizational abilities
Experience in office or facility management is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity
Ability to work independently and in a team
Spiritual maturity aligned with church values
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
