Manage office supplies, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
Handle correspondence and maintain organized records
Assist with basic financial and administrative documentation
Provide professional customer service and support to the team
Ensure efficient office operations and assist as needed
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of administrative tasks and office management
Basic accounting understanding
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with MS Office and office management tools
Experience as an office administrator or secretary is beneficial
Prior experience in a healthcare environment is an advantage
